Your application
Simply apply via our online portal—it's quick, easy, and personal. There you will also find a few short questions that will help us get to know you and your motivation better. Don't worry: it's not about perfection, but about authenticity and interest.
Step 2
Validation phase at Auxilium
As soon as we receive your application, we will review it carefully. You will receive an initial response from us within 48 hours - transparent and to the point. We know how important quick decisions are.
Step 3
Getting to know each other in a Teams Meeting
If it looks promising for both sides, we will invite you to an interview via Microsoft Teams. This is not about traditional questions, but about finding out together whether we are a good fit for each other - both professionally and personally. It will be an open conversation between equals, during which you can also get to know us.
Step 4
Optional: Trial work days with us
Sometimes a feeling says more than any conversation. In some cases, we arrange a few trial work days so that you can get to know everyday life at Auxilium. This allows us to see whether the chemistry is right and whether working together is a good fit for both sides.
